The program provides a full range of business courses to equip you achieving further success in the next level of your career. In leadership development, in addition to the leadership courses included in the program, ESMT collaborates with Individual Leadership and Development Itinerary (ILDI) to provide workshops throughout the Executive MBA program.

The program consists of four academic modules namely Building a Solid Foundation, Managing Functions, Developing a Distinctive Edge and Strategic International Management. Except courses on general management, marketing, finance and operations, the program also integrate another focus of ESMT which is technological management by including courses like “Managing technological innovation”, “Leading for innovation”, “Managing technology capabilities”. Furthermore, international perspectives are also a key concern for global business leaders in the 21st Century. In ESMT’s Executive MBA program, therefore, course such as “International financial markets”, “Managing international teams”, “Strategic international management”, etc. are also included.
